Domestic Shipping and Handling

We offer 7-10 day Ground shipping through UPS and we offer 3-5 day Priority Mail shipping through USPS.

All orders are carefully packaged for shipping, and insurance is included in your shipping cost. Shipping prices reflect the cost of the postage itself, as well as the labor and materials that go into packing this delicate work safely. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping.

Please ensure a secure and correct shipping location is provided at checkout. Lōm Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost in transit, or for packages stolen or abandoned after delivery. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided, though we can assist you in filing a claim against the shipping carrier.  

International shipping

International shipping is available but may be subject to additional fees and customs duties. Please note that international customers are responsible for all of these fees. By law, we must mark international packages as "Merchandise."

Returns

Returns, Exchanges, and Terms

  • Due to the nature of handmade production, please expect to see marks of craftsmanship and slight variations. Each piece is formed and glazed by hand and no two pieces are identical. Woodfired work may exhibit crazing and/or heavy texture, which we note in the listings where applicable. Pieces may vary slightly from the photographs in product listings.

  • Returns are only accepted for incorrect shipments or for items that are damaged in transit. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Claims must be made within three days of order delivery.

  • If your pottery arrives broken, please take photographs of the damage and the packaging and email the pictures to us at lomceramics@gmail.com within three days of delivery. We ask that you include a full description of the damage in your email. If you notice excessive damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and the carrier will return it to us for assessment.

  • If you believe you have been sent an item that should be considered a Second, please send a photograph to lomceramics@gmail.com within three days of delivery so that we can assess the pottery and determine the next steps.
